Posted Online: 11/19/02

My school is at Isanti Elementary District 911. In physical education class we sometimes play games, or do tests like pushups, sit-ups and toe touches. My favorite subject is math. In math we are in multiplication and division. Our principal is Ms. Stueve. The five teachers are Mrs. Coleman, Mrs. Pierson, Ms. Roepke, Ms. Schmitz and Jill and Joan Anderson. They are great teachers. I like them all.

North America is a good country. We have schools all over the place, almost in every city or town. In other countries, they have to write in the dirt with a stick or their fingers. I'm pretty sure that the countries are China, a lot of places in Africa, Iraq and Iran.

In my school every morning we say the Pledge of Allegiance. When we say the Pledge, we salute the flag and show respect for our country. When I say the Pledge, I like to concentrate on the stars. There are 50 starts and 13 stripes; seven of them are red and six of them are white. Also in our school boys and girls have the right to learn. That means everybody can learn about they they put their minds to. If someone wants to learn about something, then do it.
